International Shipping

Do you ship to military bases?
	Yes. Select APO/AFO shipping option. Your purchase will be mailed USPS Priority mail.
Do you ship to my country?
	Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, and you still wish to place an order, e-mail one of our Moms or Dads at AskMom@darlingshoes.com for prompt assistance.
What are my payment choices?
	During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Darling Shoes accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. If you are making special arrangements to have your order shipped, our Customer Service Department will offer payment choices and complete payment arrangements with you. Please note that orders are not shipped before payments are received from you. We can set up a wire transfer with you, too.
When will my international order ship?
	International orders are shipped after your credit card has been approved, and after you have confirmed your order and shipping charges. If your country is not listed, we will calculate shipping costs which you must approve before we will ship your order. Email AskMom@darlingshoes.com with your order and you will receive a prompt reply.
What is the return policy for international orders?
	First, contact our Customer Service Department at AskMom@darlingshoes.com stating your name, order number, E-mail address, and country. International shipments may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date with the customer paying both inbound and outbound shipping charges. There are no restocking charges, but deductions will be made for damaged merchandise.
