Whenever the Ship to address is different than the Bill to address, the Ship to address always receives a packing slip without prices.

Phone the Customer Hotline 866-439-4969. Place your order with one of our moms or dads. We will do what it takes to ship your order FedEx the same day and e-mail you a shipping confirmation. If we are unable to do so, we'll confirm and guarantee the next earliest ship date. |
