Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return any purchase - including personalized purchases - for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your invoice date.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your invoice date.
No need to e-mail or phone us. Just return your item with your invoice copy via a traceable carrier such as FedEx or USPS (with a delivery confirmation). Your return will be credited less the cost of outgoing freight. Be sure to return all original packaging. There are no restocking charges.
Need to Exchange? That's easy as well!
Exchanges may be made within 30 days of your invoice date.
